  Shenandoah Valley Area Service meets the 2nd Monday of each month in the Joist-Hite Room of the War Memorial Building in Jim Barnett Park, Winchester, VA. The meeting starts promptly at 6:30 pm and ends no later than 9:00 pm. All are welcome!!.
