Shenandoah Valley Area Service meets the Second Monday of each month in the Joist-Hite Room of the War Memorial Building in Jim Barnett Park, Winchester, VA. The meeting starts promptly at 7:00 pm and ends no later than 9:00 pm. We welcome all comers.
